We typically work on woodlots of 10 acres or more within our 100 mile radius of our sawmill in Richfield, PA. Our forester will set up a meeting with you to discuss how you want your land managed. All trees are marked and measured as part of our free appraisal. That way you can see the woods and on paper exactly which trees will be harvested, and which ones will remain to grow for the next harvest and or provide wildlife habitat and food. You WILL be paid before the timber harvest begins!

When it comes time to cut the timber, our logging crews are second to none! They are SFI certified and will treat your property with the utmost care. We are fully insured and follow all state and federal regulations regarding timber harvesting. Hoffman Brothers Lumber will secure all necessary permits associated with the timber operation.
